If you missed it…perhaps one of the most impactful moments during CPAC last year was when Sheriff Clarke shook the audience during his statements that sanctuary cities are one of America’s most dangerous threats.
Clarke walked directly to the stage, and read from a copy of U.S. Code 1324, titled ‘Bringing in and harboring certain aliens’ arguing President Trump can use this law to bring them ALL down.
The law reads:
Any person…knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation.
In addition, Clarke quoted another section of the code that puts sanctuary cities on the wrong side of the law:
…encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law;
“I’m telling you right now folks,” Clarke shouted, “you charge one mayor, one governor, one council president that adopts these laws, this stuff is going to end right away.”

A request for the Freedom of Information Act was filed over two years ago by Judicial Watch the F.B.I to investigate alleged misconduct by government officials.
Finally, now under a new leadership, the information was leaked about a treasure trove of 2,800 previously undisclosed emails to Huma Abedin from Hillary Clinton.
In the emails she swore under oath three separate times, but somehow nobody had any lead or idea about these secret emails.
If Comey remained head of the F.B.I. and Hillary Clinton would have taken the Presidential Election these emails would still have remained buried for eternity.
Thank God Judge Andre Napolitano cared to looked a little deeper into the investigation, because apparently there is enough disappointing facts to reopen Hillary’s case.
According to p45dt:
Hillary’s emails didn’t remain hidden and their contents have led Judge Andrew Napolitano to tell Stuart Varney that there’s enough here to demand that the Department of Justice re-open the case and that if they seek an indictment they will get one.
“The significance is an FBI acknowledgement that Huma Abedin, Mrs. Anthony Weiner, when she had a top security clearance as the number two assistant to Hillary Clinton when Hillary was Secretary of State, regularly sent copies of sensitive material to her own laptop so she could look at it at night, either knowing, or forgetting that her husband had access to it as well.”
“This yet against shows the culture in the Hillary Clinton State Department of a cavalier attitude about the handling of government secrets. It also shows the F.B.I. awareness of it. It also shows the president’s [referring to President Trump] frustration with it when in a tweet this morning he said, ‘There she goes again, crooked Hillary, Jim Comey let her off the hook again.’ Something I [Napolitano] profoundly agree with him on!
“He should pick up the phone and call General Kelly and say, ‘I want you to call Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein’ – Rosenstein’s the number two person in the Justice Department – ‘tell them to reopen this case and go wherever the evidence takes them. I’m not saying she should be indicted. Go where the evidence takes them.’
“The evidence will take them to an indictment.
“That’s the way the Justice Department works. They are not bound by the ill-advised, politically motivated decision that James Comey made in July of 2016 not to seek her indictment.”
President Trump will not get a day of peace from rabid Democrats’ attacks on him until they are freed from acting in defense of the nasty witch that controls them through extortions, bribery, and threats.
Indict her and then watch as she tears the entire corrupt Washington apparatus that her husband built, down in a fit of rage.

Kirsters Baish| Americans are appalled at the way NFL commissioner Roger Goodell handled the NFL National Anthem protests. He didn’t hold players accountable for their actions whatsoever. But, this really shouldn’t have been too much of a surprise after the way Goodell handled the Ray Rice domestic abuse case. Goodell never made a real recovery after that case, and his handling (or lack thereof) of the anthem protests has proven him to be completely unable to do his job as NFL commissioner. When Colin Kaepernick first decided to sit out during the National Anthem, Goodell should have enforced the NFL manual.
The Washington Post reported that the NFL’s game operations manual specifically states that “all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem.” It also explains that players must “stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking” or they will be disciplined with consequences “such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s).” The NFL doesn’t seem to mind condemning players for dancing in the end zone, but they won’t discipline their players for breaking the rules regarding our country’s National Anthem? Something is wrong here.
Goodell didn’t so much as give Kaepernick a slap on the wrist. All he did was cave in when the players decide to hide in their locker rooms and kneel down during the anthem. He allowed them to walk all over the rules. NFL fans received the message loud and clear that there was no respect for the National Anthem and everything it stands for. Fans had a lot to say about the protests. Roughly 60% of NFL fans that were polled explained that they will be watching less NFL on television.
Yahoo Finance reported:
A new Yahoo Finance poll suggests the NFL has an enduring problem on its hands. Nearly 62% of 9,056 respondents told us they plan to watch less pro football in response to the anthem controversy. Thirty-six percent said they plan to buy less NFL merchandise, and 32% have chosen not to attend a game they would otherwise have gone to. Those findings all have financial implications for the NFL and its 32 team owners.
This is not looking good for the NFL. The problems Goodell is facing as commissioner aren’t just with the fans. The owners aren’t happy with his actions either. He’s costing them a lot of money to simply allow players to break the rules.
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones isn’t happy with Goodell, and he has decided to make a move against the commissioner that will appease a lot of angry Americans.
The New York Times reported that the NFL, which is already not doing so well after the political protests. Players kneeling isn’t sitting well with fans, and there has been a war waged between Jerry Jones and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. Goodell has been granted a $40 million salary, but it’s questionable if he’s actually doing what he needs to in order to earn that salary. The feud between Jerry Jones and Roger Goodell has gotten so severe that Jones has threatened to sue the league as well as some other team owners due to negotiations extending Goodell’s contract. This information was given by three people with direct knowledge of the situation. Last week, Jones explained to the six owners on the NFL’s compensation committee that he hired David Boies. Boies is a very high-profile lawyer who is under fire in the Harvey Weinstein sexual harassment case. He opted not to speak publicly about internal NFL matters.
None of this is anything to be taken lightly. The NFL has mutiny right in front of their faces. It’s hard for people to really think that Jerry Jones would have taken such measures if he didn’t have some kind of inkling that other owners would follow suit or at least show him some support.
Could this be the end for Goodell?

While the media obsesses over finding ways to discredit our President, as always, he is busy getting the business of our great country done.
Through all the success pouring from the oval office on a daily basis, it is hard to find news that actually surprises us when it comes to this incredible man….but Trump has done it again. This time he is making Americans EXTRA proud as he approved an oil sand pipeline expansion that will move oil sand across the Canadian border.
This was allllll happening while the media was looking the other way….
But, boy, when they find out…!
Bravo Mr. President!
According to Alberta Energy, oil sand is a naturally occurring mixture of sand, clay or other minerals, water and bitumen, which is a heavy and extremely viscous oil that must be treated before it can be used by refineries to produce usable fuels such as gasoline and diesel. They also say that “Alberta’s oil sands have been described by Time Magazine as ‘Canada’s greatest buried energy treasure.’”

The pipeline expansion Trump approved, to access more of this energy treasure, is Enbridge Energy’s Line 67. It will carry more oil than the Keystone pipeline which environmentalists oppose. Of course, they oppose Line 67 as well.
But, as that video describes, they are careful and concerned with the environment: less land disturbance, setting aside land for recreation, etc, unlike what the libs and “environmentalists” would have you believe.
