President Trump struck a major blow against the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, decertifying Iran’s compliance with the deal and warning that he could withdraw from it entirely if Iran continues to act belligerently.
As predicted, many on the left criticized the president’s address and actions, but one veteran got on Fox News Friday to defend him. Retired Staff Sargeant Robert Bartlett, who currently serves as an adviser with United Against Nuclear Iran, was badly injured by an Iranian bomb while serving in Iraq. When he was asked about President Trump’s decision, he said something awesome:
“That’s great to see that the American president is for the military.”
Then he slams Obama for his decision to sign the agreement in the first place:
“You know, President Barack Obama knew that at least 500 military members had been killed under the influence or hands of Iranians coming into Iraq.”
He continued to praise President Trump:
“And here this president is rolling back some of those bad policies that were basically going to get more Americans killed in the future. So, for me, it’s a great day.”
Check out his entire interview here:
It’s a great day for Sergeant Bartlett, and it’s a great day for the American people.

While the media obsesses over finding ways to discredit our President, as always, he is busy getting the business of our great country done.
Through all the success pouring from the oval office on a daily basis, it is hard to find news that actually surprises us when it comes to this incredible man….but Trump has done it again. This time he is making Americans EXTRA proud as he approved an oil sand pipeline expansion that will move oil sand across the Canadian border.
This was allllll happening while the media was looking the other way….
But, boy, when they find out…!
Bravo Mr. President!
According to Alberta Energy, oil sand is a naturally occurring mixture of sand, clay or other minerals, water and bitumen, which is a heavy and extremely viscous oil that must be treated before it can be used by refineries to produce usable fuels such as gasoline and diesel. They also say that “Alberta’s oil sands have been described by Time Magazine as ‘Canada’s greatest buried energy treasure.’”
Learn about the importance of oil sands here:

The pipeline expansion Trump approved, to access more of this energy treasure, is Enbridge Energy’s Line 67. It will carry more oil than the Keystone pipeline which environmentalists oppose. Of course, they oppose Line 67 as well.
But, as that video describes, they are careful and concerned with the environment: less land disturbance, setting aside land for recreation, etc, unlike what the libs and “environmentalists” would have you believe.

The woman in Texas is most likely slapping herself in the face after speaking up about her “F— Trump” sticker.
Karen Fonseca has become the center of attention after the local sherif, Troy Nehls, put up the picture of the truck that had lead to numerous complaints.
The officers post went viral mostly because of his assertion that it could lead to a disorderly conduct charge for a driver who explicitly showed profanity as free speech. Nehls has deleted the Facebook post after attracting nation wide attention.
Reported by ijr:
Pickup truck owner Karen Fonseca made headlines for the large sticker on the back of her vehicle. The sticker reads, “F**k Trump and f**k you for voting for him.”
Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls revealed he had received many calls complaining about the sticker. He said Fonseca could be charged with disorderly conduct, which extends to the use of profanity in a public space. He clarified that he didn’t want to arrest her but hoped they could come to an agreement on using different words.
The threat of charging Fonseca saw the ACLU of Texas get involved, saying the sheriff can’t “prosecute speech”:
.@SheriffTNehls, you can’t prosecute speech just because it has the word “f*ck” in it. (And the owner of the truck should feel free to contact @ACLUTx.) #ConstitutionalLaw101 #FreeSpeech pic.twitter.com/WPWUW5fFwo

It turns out Fonseca was arrested, but not for the sticker. With all the attention she was receiving, the police discovered she had an outstanding felony warrant for fraud. The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to Houston’s Fox 26 that Fonseca was booked into the county jail.
She was able to post bond and was released on Thursday night.
Upon her release, Fonseca said the arrest was simply in retaliation for refusing to take down the sticker:
Owner of the now infamous “F-@realDonaldTrump Truck” speaks to us after bonding out of jail. She was arrested 1 day after refusing to take down F-Trump decal. Arrested on unrelated fraud warrant. She says this was simply retaliation from @FBCSO for the sticker #khou11 pic.twitter.com/FZpXDbWZ1K

The controversial truck owner does not plan on taking down the sticker anytime soon.

TGR: Special Council Mueller is on a roll. He’s doing what he can to discredit the Trump administration, and claim the Russians were directly involved with the Trump campaign. There is zero proof this ever happened.
News broke this week that Mueller might have illegally been pointed to his position. If this is true, then there could be something BIG brewing in the Trump admin.
Former Trump Foreign Policy Advisor George Papadopoulos Pled Guilty making him the first to be beheaded by Mueller
A former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser has pleaded guilty to making a false statement to the FBI after he lied about his interactions with foreign officials close to the Russian government.
In court records unsealed on Monday, the FBI said George Papadopoulos “falsely described his interactions with a certain foreign contact who discussed ‘dirt’ related to emails” concerning Hillary Clinton.
In addition, former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and former Trump campaign official Rick Gates surrendered Monday to Justice Department special counsel Robert Mueller.
Paul Manafort is next. This isn’t good news for the Trump Administration, but we can only hope, and pray things work out in the end, and we re-elect President Trump in 2020.
Law Professor Douglas Kmiec of Pepperdine University School of Law claims Mueller might have been appointed ILLEGALLY! This would be HUGE for the Trump administration. Kmiec,
worked under both Ronald Reagan, and George Bush. His argument is an interesting one. Kmiec has a few valid points that could prove Mueller isn’t even fit for the job he represents.
1) Mueller has no oversight
Kmiec contends that Mueller is not being properly supervised because of the “flimsy” way in which he was appointed. After all, Comey said during Congressional testimony that he had leaked a memo about Trump trying to squash the investigation in order to get a special counsel appointment. On top of that, he says, it doesn’t appear Mueller has any direct supervision. Sessions recused himself, and under the same theory, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has effectively recused himself because of his involvement in the process by writing a memo to Trump recommending James Comey be fired. So who exactly is Mueller accountable to? If he doesn’t have a boss, then the Constitution requires that he be confirmed by the Senate like all other executive appointees.
2) President’s presumption of guilt
There is also an issue of a presumption of guilt. Most legal experts agree that a sitting president cannot be indicted. The manner by which the special prosecutor was appointed skirts awfully close to an indictment, in the eyes of the law, Kmiec contends.
The special counsel has not formally indicted Trump. But given Comey’s hair-trigger assumption that Trump was up to no good, and the way the special counsel process defines the president as a wrongdoer before any wrong is established, the investigation itself is arguably equivalent to an unconstitutional indictment.
3) There appears to be little “specific and credible” information to open an investigation in the first place
This one requires a little backstory. In 1988, the U.S. Supreme Court took up a case in which Assistant Attorney General Ted Olson challenged the constitutionality of Independent Counsel Act. Ultimately, the court found it did not conflict with the separation of powers. However, the law expired in 1999, and the new regulations have never faced rigorous legal scrutiny, and if they did, they probably wouldn’t meet constitutional muster.
“Under the expired law, independent counsels were appointed by a special three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals, but only after the attorney general conducted a preliminary investigation based on ‘specific and credible’ information about alleged wrongdoing by the president,” Kmiec wrote. Kmiec contends that none of these careful steps exist in the current regulations, and “there are no signs that in the wake of Sessions’ recusal, a constitutionally sufficient process triggered the Mueller appointment.”
The fact is this, Robert Muller is out for blood. He has the establishment behind him 110%, and they’re out to bring down President Trump.
Trump is nothing more than a HUGE brick wall in the way of their globalist agenda. Recent comments from former President George W. Bush proved the name of the game is to bring down Trump.
